IT only took five years for Chroma Hospitality/Filinvest Development Corporation to develop Boracay Station Zero with Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay – a resort that boasts a private and undisturbed white sand beach and mystic clear waters.
It is secluded and pristine – with two unique rock formations – evoking what natural beauty of the island is, before many parts of it became highly commercialized and overly populated.

Before the Covid-19 pandemic stalled the world from spinning for almost two years, the property's clientele were mostly Koreans, Chinese and some Europeans. But since its reopening during the Holy Week, and still due to international travel restrictions, Filipinos constitute 99 percent of vacationers – who are on a "revenge" travel mode.
Families and groups of friends have been coming over since the easing of safety and health protocols. For its weekend foam party, guests from other hotels even come to enjoy the one-of-a-kind weekend attraction at Crimson Boracay.
The resort has four tantalizing restaurants and bars where one can meet and make new friends at the famed Azure Beach Club, Saffron Cafe all-day dining, Mosaic Latin American Steakhouse or the Pool Bar.
Venue options include the Grand Ballroom, Events Pavilion, Beachfront and Meeting Room. Children can stay active and busy at Crimzone Kids Entertainment while there is much more for the adults to explore at the Fitness Center, three swimming pools and the multi-awarded Aum Spa.
"We accommodate weddings, events and other celebrations here. And for the whole year, we have this campaign called 'Live Love Local' where we highlight everything Filipino – from cuisine to souvenir items," Chroma Hospitality Vice President for Sales and Marketing Carmela Bocanegra said.

As such, Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay officially opened a shop on its premises that offers a number of proudly Filipino items that guests could enjoy and cherish long after they have gone home.
Located at the Crimson gift store, it is the result of the property's partnership with talented local producers, featuring a number of stylish regional brands, including fashionable apparel and accessories from Aira Trading, Baligyaan Nature Products, Cabana Baby, Doring and Nene Native Products, Happy Island Candles, MM Native Products, Wood Eyewear and Boracay's own Epitome of Eve and La Herminia Piña Weaving Industry from neighboring Aklan.
Filipino hospitality at its best
The Live Love Local campaign does not just focus on local products – it is also a way for both local and foreign guests to experience Filipino hospitality at its finest during their stay at Crimson Boracay.
For one to enjoy the graciousness of the Philippines at its finest, Crimson offers its "Live Well, Love Local" staycation packages, four-day/three-night stays at well-appointed accommodations with access to world-class amenities, including some that are uniquely Filipino.

Those in need of serious pampering and stress relief can take their partner along for a traditional 90-minute hilot massage or try the signature treatment at the Aum Spa. It is an experience that will happily reset both mind and body and, as a way of carrying home a tangible memory to cherish, guests also get a finely woven patadyong (native sash/ wrap-around skirt) crafted by the Bagtasan Loom Weavers of Antique, along with a Wellness Healing kit from Marayo of Negros Occidental.
Booking period is until September 30, 2022, while the stay period runs until December 20, 2022.
For those craving a most unique Filipino dining and creative experience, Art on a Plate at the Mosaic Latin American Grill was already held twice – launched in May and on July 8 and 9. It is expected to return in the coming months.

The resort is also one of the properties that put a premium on art – as artist-in-residence Eric Egualada mentors guests and locals the techniques of painting.
One early guest was Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, who said that for the first time, she was the one using brushes and easel making figures out of watercolor instead of posing for artists to take her form and figure into art on a canvas.
