Windham — MANSFIELD – The ‘Blooms: April Flowers Bring May Flowers’ exhibition at the Coffee Break Gallery in the East Brook Mall, 95 Storrs Road, will take place from now through May 29.
Hours are Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. and by chance. A ‘meet the artist’ reception will take place Tuesday, May 17, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

‘Liber TEA, The Signers of the Declaration of Independence’ will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 21, at the Samuel Huntington Homestead Museum, 36 Huntington Road, Scotland.
‘Painting Poppies in the Park’ will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, at Memorial Park on Main and Watson Streets in Willimantic.
Learn about the significance of the poppy for Memorial Day and create a painting on canvas. Bring a chair and easel or small table. Other supplies will be provided. COVENTRY – Noah’s Closet invites the public to celebrate 15 years of providing low-cost children’s clothes and toys to the community from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 14. Families are welcome to attend, to celebrate “The Shop at Second Where Kids Come First.”
Story time, a raffle and refreshments for children will be available. Noah’s Closet is located at 1746 Boston Turnpike. Wear a mask and practice social distancing.

MANSFIELD – An outdoor concert on the lawn of E. O. Smith High School, 1235 Storrs Road, will take place at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 19. Bring your own chair and/or blanket.
The program includes music from Stravinsky’s Firebird, Mozart Symphony Number 31, and features Shirah Mark, the winner of the Windham Arts Council Solo competition.
COVENTRY – Second Congregational Church of Coventry, located at 1746 Boston Turnpike, is hosting a drive through/take-out dinner on Saturday, May 21.
