If you’re already itching to do some holiday shopping, Macy’s and Toy’s “R” Us have you covered.
The two companies, which announced a collaboration last month, just launched their “Hot Toy List” for the 2021 holiday season.
The announcement comes after many leading toy companies have stated a global shipping crisis and labor shortages in the toy market could affect the holiday shopping season. With Black Friday only two months away, toy companies like Hasbro, Mattel and MGA Entertainment are warning parents to get holiday shopping done early.
Macy’s and Toy’s “R” Us says the list is made up of “the most globally recognized leader in toys” and “showcases top toy trends, inspired by popular characters, items that bring families together and toys that stimulate imagination and interactive play across several age groups,” according to a statement.

Amazon has also recently announced its annual “Toys We Love List” for the upcoming holiday season.
